How Archive Points Work

Archive is a public mind-only mode with a maximum score of 28.

Puzzle Points

  • Trivia: score locks on the first completed check; starts at 5 and loses 1 point per wrong answer, down to 0.
  • Logic: starts at 5 and loses 1 point per wrong guess, down to 2.
  • Crossword: 5 points when solved.
  • Sudoku: 5 points when solved.
  • Word Search: 5 points when solved.

Bonus Points

  • Speed bonus: Crossword, Sudoku, and Word Search each earn +1. Crossword: 5x5 in 120s, 6x6 in 150s, 7x7 in 180s. Word Search: 80s. Sudoku: smaller than 9x9 in 80s; 9x9 or larger in 5:00.

Maximum Score

  • Trivia 5 + Logic 5 + Crossword 6 + Sudoku 6 + Word Search 6 = 28.
