Profile details may include name, email address, sex, birth year, height, weight, general meal goals, food exclusions, workout preferences, equipment, interests, and app settings.

How We Use Information

We use information to operate ThriveChamp, maintain accounts, personalize general meal ideas and workout options, score daily activity, improve features, protect security, troubleshoot issues, communicate with users, and support advertising or analytics.

Cookies, Ads, and Analytics

ThriveChamp may use cookies and similar technologies for sign-in, preferences, analytics, advertising, fraud prevention, and app performance.

Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on prior visits to this and other websites. Google's advertising cookies enable Google and its partners to serve ads to users based on visits to ThriveChamp and other sites. Account Deletion and Retention

You may delete your account from the Account page where available. We keep information only as long as reasonably needed for app operation, security, legal compliance, backup, analytics, and legitimate business purposes.

Children

ThriveChamp is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided information, contact us so we can review and delete it as appropriate.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards to protect information. No internet service can guarantee perfect security.

Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy as ThriveChamp changes. The effective date will show when the policy was last updated.
